As long as I can remember I was helping and advocating for others. Being raised in an immigrant household seeking for help in mental health was a stigma and it opened my eyes at an early age that it is hard to admit help is needed, but I would like to make that environment safe for others seeking help.
I completed my Masters degree at the University of Southern California. I have been providing services in the community for over 15 years. I provided services as a social worker to foster children and families. I worked providing specialty mental health services for the County of San Bernardino for 9 years.
I am bilingual in Spanish. I work with children, adolescents, and adults as well with couples. I work with LGTBQ individuals and clients with different cultures, ethnicities and religious backgrounds. I have a specialization in Military Social Work, working with veterans and families.
